ABOUT SUPER7
Founded in 2001 as a magazine devoted to the obsessive-compulsive world of Japanese toy collecting, Super7 embarked on a mission to become the premiere outlet for information and reference for the obscure oddities of the toy universe. The success of the magazine immediately led to Super7 collaborating with Japanese toy manufacturers to create exclusive toys and various special editions, evolving over time to Super7 designing and manufacturing its own collectible toys. 

Super7’s philosophy is to make products — toys, books, magazines, t-shirts, and even their own retail stores in San Francisco and San Diego — that its collector founders would want, resulting in Super7’s products being recognized by fans as original, unique, and most of all, genuine.

RETURN POLICIES
Super7 is happy to honor return & exchange requests within 7 days of receipt of shipment for items in original packaging or new (unworn/unwashed) condition. Refunds for returned merchandise will be provided as store credit only to be applied towards a future purchase. We will do our best to exchange sizes or styles, but we cannot guarantee in-stock availability for all items. If a replacement for returned item is no longer available, we will issue you a store credit which can be applied towards a different item.

RETURN SHIPPING
If merchandise is damaged or not as described, Super7 will cover the cost of the return freight by supplying you with a return shipping label. If the return is due to the customer changing their mind, then the customer is responsible for all costs of returning the goods.

FINAL SALES
All sales are final:
— Sale or discounted merchandise, with the exception for damaged merchandise
— Vintage Toys. Please note that no vintage toy will be in brand-new condition.
— Custom or Hand Painted Toys. Variations in paint or minor imperfections are common with such items.
— Pre-Orders / Made-to-Order Items
