A historical view of the Wing Kong.
The 'Wing Kong' is a bipedal, winged simian thought to be only myth until a photograph was discovered during a search and rescue mission for Herb J. Sheimer, a bird watcher who went missing in Montana during the summer of 1957.
This photo, a broken camera, and pieces of Herb's left index finger (which made identification possible) were the only evidence recovered.
