Membership Program Terms and Conditions

Free Shipping Membership (the “Program”) is a paid membership program offered by Super7 that provides subscribers with exclusive benefits, including free standard shipping on eligible orders.

The Program is available to customers in the contiguous United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. Super7 reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program, or to amend these terms and conditions, without prior notice, including but not limited to fees, benefits, or expiration periods. In the event Super7 makes modifications to the fees, material benefits, or expiration periods, members will receive advance notice of such changes with 30 days notice.

Overview

The Program membership fee is $27.99 (plus applicable taxes) for twelve months starting upon enrollment. By enrolling in the Program, members receive free standard shipping on all eligible orders within the contiguous United States for the duration of their active membership.

Super7 may, from time to time, introduce additional Program benefits at no extra charge to active members. Any such benefits will be subject to terms and conditions announced at the time of their introduction.

Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions (this “Agreement”) govern your subscription to the Program. Your use of the super7.com and participation in the Program are also subject to the Super7 Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements posted on super7.com, all of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and terms applicable to a specific portion of the Program, the more specific terms shall control.

By subscribing to the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, the Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not enroll in or use the Program.

The Program is administered by Super7 OpCo LLC.

Enrollment and Access to Benefits

Upon enrollment in the Program, you will receive a confirmation email verifying your membership status.

Membership benefits become effective at the time of purchase. Members are not entitled to benefits offered prior to their enrollment date; benefits apply only to qualifying activity occurring after enrollment.

Members will receive email communications regarding their membership, including benefit changes, renewal notices, and cancellation confirmations. These transactional communications are separate from Super7’s promotional marketing emails. Members are encouraged, but not required, to subscribe to marketing emails to receive information about promotions, product launches, and other offers.

Super7 assumes no liability for communications that are lost, delayed, intercepted, or misdirected due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Cancellation and Refund

To cancel your membership, contact Super7 Customer Service at customercare@super7.com or through your account settings at Account Login.

If you cancel your membership, you will be eligible for a full refund of the membership fee only if you have not used any Program benefits, for example, free shipping on an order.

Once any benefit has been used, such as use for free shipping on any order, no refund will be issued, regardless if such order is also returned.

Upon cancellation, your membership benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to standard (non-member) status.

Free Standard Shipping and Eligible Orders

Free standard shipping is available to active Program members for orders shipped within the contiguous United States.

Free standard shipping does not apply to some oversized pre-sale items.

Free standard shipping and other Program benefits are not valid on orders placed prior to enrollment.

Modifying an order, including combining orders, changing your shipping address, or selecting different shipping options, may affect your eligibility for free shipping on that order.

Super7 reserves the right to exclude products with special shipping requirements, or in any other circumstance where standard shipping is not available, at its sole discretion.

The following do not qualify for free shipping and will incur additional charges as indicated at checkout:

Certain oversized items
Expedited shipping options
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories

All returns of items purchased using Program benefits are subject to Super7’s standard return policy.

Membership Fee and Renewal

The annual Program membership fee is currently $27.99 (plus applicable taxes). Super7 may change the membership fee upon thirty (30) days’ advance notice to members; however, any fee changes will apply only to new enrollments and renewals, not to active membership terms.

The membership fee is non-refundable except as expressly set forth in this Agreement. Taxes may apply to the membership fee and/or any benefits received under the Program.

Memberships are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of enrollment. Super7 will notify you by email in advance of your membership expiration date. To continue receiving Program benefits, you must re-enroll before your membership expires.

If you cancel or do not renew your membership, you will no longer be eligible for free standard shipping or any other Program benefits as of the date your membership ends.

Term

Your membership in the Program begins on the date of purchase and continues for the term indicated in your purchase confirmation email. The membership fee will be charged to the payment method used at checkout. You may cancel your membership at any time in accordance with the cancellation provisions set forth in this Agreement.

Termination by Super7

The Program is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Memberships may not be used for resale purposes. Super 7 reserves the right to revoke, suspend, or terminate your membership at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Abuse or suspected abuse of Program benefits, such as sharing Program benefits with non-members.
Conduct that violates this Agreement, the Terms of Service, or any applicable law
Fraud, misrepresentation, or misuse of the Program
Conduct that Super7 determines, in its sole discretion, is harmful to its interests, reputation, or other users

Super7 may also modify or revoke any specific benefits associated with your membership at its sole discretion.

If your membership is terminated by Super7 due to violation of this Agreement, fraud, or abuse, no refund of the membership fee will be issued.

Limitation of Liability

Super7 is not liable for any shipping delays, lost or damaged packages, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Delays, errors, or failures by third-party shipping carriers
Carrier misdelivery or loss of packages
Weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events
Labor disputes or carrier service disruptions
Customs or import/export delays for Canadian shipments
Technical failures, system outages, or website maintenance
Government actions, public health emergencies, or other extraordinary circumstances

Free shipping under the Program is fulfilled through third-party carriers selected by Super7. Super7 does not guarantee delivery times and is not responsible for carrier performance.

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, Super7 will, at its sole discretion, either reship the order or issue store credit in accordance with its standard return policy. This shall be your sole and exclusive remedy for lost or damaged shipments.

In no event shall Super7 be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Program, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of use, or business interruption, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether Super7 was advised of the possibility of such damages.

Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any disputes arising out of or relating to the Program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Program that is not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.

General Terms

All purchases made using Program benefits are subject to Super7’s standard return policy available on Customer Service page.

You may not transfer or assign your membership, Program benefits, or any promotional codes, except as expressly permitted in this Agreement.

You may not use your membership or any associated benefits to purchase products for resale, rental, or for shipment to your customers or prospective customers.

Super7 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to add, remove, or modify Program benefits and terms at any time. Super7 further reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted at [insert link when available]. Your continued participation in the Program following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any changes, you must cancel your membership. We encourage you to review this Agreement periodically.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
