Full Charge Bookkeeper/Office Manager

Who we are:

Founded in San Francisco in 2001, Super7 is a premier pop-culture collectibles company based in San Francisco, CA.  We produce a variety of products including vintage-style and deluxe action figures, masks, seasonal decorations, small collectibles, glassware, apparel and an ever-expanding list fun items. Super7 has produced licensed content for Masters of the Universe, Star Wars, Peanuts, Universal Monsters, Alien, Thundercats, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Major League Baseball just to name a few, with the list of partners growing every month.

What we are looking for:

Super7 is looking for a full-time, Bookkeeper/Office Manager to support the Controller.  The ideal candidate must be very process driven, always looking for ways to automate and streamline.  Comfortable working in a fast pace environment, a creative self-starter, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.  Attention to detail and strong analytical skills are a must.

Bookkeeping 75%:

  • Monitor accounts receivable for aging and manage collections process
  • Process weekly accounts payable
  • Data entry/posting of all transactions in QuickBooks
  • Monitor bank and credit card activity
  • Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Assist with month end closing process
  • Review and process employee expense reports
  • Process sales team commission reports
  • Maintain finance department filing system
  • Back up for bi-monthly payroll processing

Office Management 25%:

  • Ordering supplies
  • Supervise building maintenance
  • Responsible for office organization – oversee janitorial service
  • Assist with company travel arrangements
  • Assist in employee onboarding/offboarding
  • Maintain several company calendars
  • Provide administrative support to management as needed

What we require:

  • 2-5 years of progressive bookkeeping experience
  • Expert knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel essential requirement
  • Office management experience required
  • A team player with a sense of humor, urgency and positivity
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
