Accounting Manager

What we are looking for:

Super7 is looking for a full-time, Accounting Manager to support the Controller. We are looking for a candidate who is very process driven, attention to detail and strong analytical skills a must. Comfortable working in a fast pace environment, a creative self-starter, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

Accounting Responsibilities:

  • Manage manufacturing purchase order process across accounting and inventory management systems
  • Monitor bank and credit card activity – perform monthly reconciliations
  • Data entry/posting of all transactions in Quickbooks
  • Assist with month end closing process
  • Review and process employee expense reports
  • Assist with multi state sales tax filings
  • Monitor accounts receivable for aging and collections
  • Process weekly accounts payable
  • Maintain finance department filing system
  • Back up for bi-monthly payroll processing

HR & Admin Responsibilities:

  • Manage employees records through HR system - Bamboo HR
  • Assist in employee onboarding/offboarding
  • Tracking employee time off and maintain company calendar
  • Renew business licenses and permits
  • Assisting with insurance policy renewals and claims
  • Provide administrative support to management as needed

What we require:

  • Expert knowledge of Quickbooks and Excel essential requirement
  • HR Administration experience necessary
  • 2-5 years of progressive bookkeeping experience
  • Manufacturing industry experience a plus
  • A team player with a sense of humor, urgency and positivity
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance, or equivalent

Sales Support Specialist

What we are looking for:

Super7 is seeking a full-time Sales Support Specialist to join our team in San Francisco! The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting sales reps and key accounts, streamlining order processes and communications for our wholesale channel. The successful candidate will become an essential resource to our external sales reps and internal sales team--providing timely solutions and delivering results.

About the responsibilities:

  • Receive, review and approve incoming wholesale orders, including EDI sales orders, while providing sales support to ensure orders are accurate to buyer routing guides
  • Act as the point person to coordinate all major wholesale partner account requirements for sales sheets, and order input and processing, such as coordinating order receipt via wholesale software systems, and ensuring shipping/receiving requirements.
  • Proactively work with both sales reps and buyers to resolve key account needs and wholesale customer service issues in a timely manner, whether an order requires revision, a product is no longer available or ship dates are compromised
  • Generate accurate invoices, receive payments and coordinate A/R with the accounting dept for wholesale accounts, tracking buyers who are on payment terms and scheduling future invoices for pre-booked orders
  • Gather new account requests and open accounts, welcoming buyers and ensuring a checklist of buyer criteria are met
  • Provide the Sales team with the tools they need to sell existing inventory, such as sales sheets, and find new opportunities, whether it is communicating new sales initiatives or providing in-depth product knowledge
  • Assist in coordination of national and local trade shows, along with other promotional events
  • Be active, motivational and supportive in our sales team meetings
  • Maintain and track sales activities and histories, compiling weekly, monthly and quarterly sales and inventory reports using Excel and Google shared spreadsheets
  • Calculate sell-through rates for current and past products to monitor inventory levels for re-orders and forecasting for future products, while sharing data with the production team to plan production timelines and shipping deliverables
  • Identify new channels for sales growth and assist in implementing sales strategies
  • Execute wholesale sales policies as related to exchanges, returns, pre-order availability, etc
  • Proactively offer recommendations on how to streamline wholesale processes to improve sales and/or efficiency.
  • Ensure all product listings on the Super7 wholesale site are updated and coordinate with the Operations team weekly to ensure accurate availability dates
  • Assist with special projects as assigned, as well as other general sales and administrative activities

About the skills and requirements:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • +3 years of experience in sales, wholesale consumer goods or customer support
  • Experience with NuORDER, Stitch Labs and/or Shopify preferred
  • A team player with a sense of humor, urgency and positivity
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving, time management and analytical skills that is detail-oriented.
  • Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area
