Shipping policy

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

• You’ll receive an order confirmation after checkout and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

Carriers & Services

• We ship domestic and international orders via USPS or FedEx.

• Available services and rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected speed.

PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO

• Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO when the selected service allows (e.g., USPS). Some FedEx services may not deliver to PO Boxes.

Pre-Sale & Pre-Order Items

• Pre-sale / pre-order items ship separately from in-stock items.

• They will ship within 3 business days of arriving at our warehouse. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once they leave our facility.

Delivery Estimates

• Transit times shown at checkout are carrier estimates and begin after your order has been processed and handed to the carrier. Weather, peak seasons, and customs (for international) may affect delivery.

International Shipping

• International shipping options and prices are shown at checkout.

• Duties, taxes, and import fees (including VAT) may be collected by your destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking

• Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

• If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate your package, please check alternate drop locations and neighbors, then contact the carrier. If you still need help, reach us at customercare@super7store.com with your order number.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

• Please verify your shipping address at checkout; we’re unable to reroute once shipped.

• Packages returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address can be reshipped at the customer’s expense or refunded minus shipping charges.

No Store Pickup

• We do not offer in-store or curbside pickup.
