First Super7 Toys
Super7's first toys are introduced in the magazine's first issues. A GID Bearmodel Hedorah, a grey variant of the Bearmodel 1954 Godzilla, an M1 Gorgo & Baby Gorgo, and a Super7 x STRANGEco Cosmouse. The first Super7 shirt was also introduced.
First Retail Store
Super7 opens its first retail store in San Francisco's Japantown. In 2006 we would move next door into a much larger space.
The Neo-Kaiju Project
First original toy project, designed and conceived by Super7, made in collaboration with StrangeCo. Featuring designs by Gary Baseman, Tim Biskup, Seonna Hong, Kathy Staico-Schorr & Todd Schorr.
Kittyfire
First licensed kaiju made solely by Super7, in collaboration with Tsuburaya. Initially released in the red fire and glow colorways, and then black.

Gorilla Biscuits Vinyl
The first of many releases with Gorilla Biscuits, and our first ever music release! Future releases included box sets with 7"s, shirts, masks, and even a letterman's jacket! This was the first in a long line of collaborations featuring some of the most important bands and artists across punk, hardcore, hip-hop, metal and more!
San Francisco Store Moves
The original San Francisco retail store moves to the historic Haight Ashbury neighborhood.
Super7 Shogun Stormtrooper
The Star Wars Stormtrooper Super Shogun stands a whopping 24 inches tall, and includes all of the features that you expect from an authentic Jumbo: free rotating wheels on the bottom of his feet, and a spring-loaded Rocket Punch firing fist.
Utilizing the same techniques implemented by Japanese toy manufacturers in the 1970s, the Super Shogun is constructed from durable, blow-molded polyethylene with a painted vinyl helmet. The figure is articulated at the neck and shoulders, and includes a removable, highly-detailed BlasTech E-11 laser blaster, which even features a posable stock that unfolds from below the barrel. This marks the first authentic Super Shogun produced in over twenty-five years.

Datarock In-store acoustic set
To celebrate the release of the Super7 x Datarock Data Rock vinyl figure, Datarock played an accoustic set at the Super7 Store! Thanks to everyone who came out and rocked out!
The Data Rock is a Soft-Vinyl Diamond designed by Super7’s Brian Flynn, and includes a tiny USB Storage Drive containing the most extravagant single in history, Datarock’s “Catcher in the Rye”, 105 bonus tracks, 1500 photos, 20 music videos, and a 60 minute concert film! The Data Rock will be available from Datarock at SXSW, and from Super7, Saturday, March 19th, 11am Pacific.

Mummy Mania! Contest
Super7 is proud to announce our Mummy Boy Custom Paint Contest: Mummy Mania! Customs from the Crypt. We would like to see what crazy color schemes our fans can come up with on our mascot. There will be both Mummy Boy and Pocket Mummy Boy in a classic Unpainted Flesh vinyl. Keep some of the original vinyl showing, paint it all over, it doesn't matter to us so let your imagination run wild! One winner for each will be chosen by us for a future production release during our 11th Anniversary month long celebration in May 2012.

Alien ReAction
In 1979, prototypes for 3 ¾ action figures for the ALIEN film were developed but never manufactured. Through our network of industry and collector contacts, Super7 has unearthed reference material and original 34-year-old prototypes and will now make these lost toys a reality. Under authorization from 20th Century Fox, Super7 will produce the full series of ALIEN toys as part of our ReAction Figure Series (Retro-Action). Each is stylized exactly as items from the golden age of action figures with approximately five points of articulation, accessories, and period-authentic blister card packaging.

San Diego Store Opens
Super7 opens its San Diego retail store, which would become home to all sorts of pop up experiences, and a mainstay for locals and travelers alike.
Skeletor's Lair
It was an exciting Comic-Con year for us with the opening of the new Super7 San Diego, which was transformed into Skeletor’s Lair for the weekend. We carried a bunch of exclusive items including the 4-Pack Prototype Set, Moss Man Chia Pet, M.O.T.U.S.C.L.E. figures, 12″ He-Man and Skeletor Mixed Parts, Pint Glasses and a bunch of new T-Shirt Designs. Also on display were two unbelievable paintings by Ken Kelly and Jason Edmiston and an amazing one-off Castle Grayskull by Amanda Visell to go with her exclusive resin He-Man and Skeletor figures. The two things that had everyone go “Where do I get that?!” was the M.O.T.U. Wallpaper and the 1:1 Scale Battlecat Head Mount by Pretty in Plastic.

The Worst

Curse of Skeletor's Lair
Skeletor returned this year, and we premiered a brand new filmation-style episode of Masters of the Universe, featuring the original voice of Skeletor, Alan Oppenheimer.
UNKLE ReAction & 7"
Three limited UNKLE77 box sets were released, each packaged in a life-size UNKLE77 head box with a 7” record and a clear record adapter that doubled as a display stand. Each colorway was limited to 500 pieces: pink with “The Road” and a pink camo figure, blue with “Nowhere to Run” and a blue camo figure, and green with “Looking for the Rain” and a green camo figure.
An accompanying apparel capsule launched alongside the box sets at Super7 San Diego, where the release was celebrated with a signing and exclusive DJ set from Lavelle.
Iron Maiden Pop-Up Shop
Super7 is honored to announce a special collaborative event with heavy metal legends Iron Maiden and renowned entertainment print company Acme Archives Limited! The Iron Maiden pop-up shop will be at our San Francisco store for one week beginning on Saturday - July 1st through Saturday - July 8th. The event coincides with the band's Bay Area concert in Oakland at Oracle Arena on July 5th. The Iron Maiden pop-up shop will feature official limited edition silkscreen prints from Acme Archives and exclusive Super7 items for sale. There will also be a sneak peek on display of what's coming from Super7 and Iron Maiden later this year!
Universal Monsters SDCC 2018 Boodega
Monsters at SDCC with the Universal Monsters Boodega pop-up event! Inside the "monstore" we offered fans exclusive debut releases of the Universal Monsters ReAction Figures and an Apparel collection inspired by the monsters. There were also exclusive releases just for the event such as a collaboration with Saucony Shoes and signed and numbered Monster art prints by the legendary artist Ed Repka.

2022 marked the 20th Anniversary of Paul Baloff’s death. A legend to fans of 80s Bay Area Thrash Metal, Baloff personified its violent energy with the band Exodus on their Bonded by Blood album. His uncompromising lifestyle and attitude are immortalized with this 3.75” ReAction figure. The 14-page tribute fanzine features vintage Baloff photos and an introduction written by Murder In The Front Row co-author Brian Lew. Bring Third Earth into your home with this epic crowdfund! In collaboration with our friends the Berbils, our crack design team created a monumental ThunderCats™ ULTIMATES! Cats’ Lair playset! At over 36” tall, 33.5” deep when open, and 53” wide when open, this mighty fortress is sized to accommodate your 7” scale ULTIMATES! Figures. It’s chock-full of hidden defense weapons, has special lighting effects, and unfolds to reveal a command center, removable control pods, the ThunderTank maintenance hangar, a hidden weapons room, and so much more! You’d have to travel to Third Earth to find anything close to rivaling this mighty ThunderCats fortress.
Powell Peralta Experimental Figures
In the mid-80s, team riders for iconic skateboard brand Powell-Peralta were issued prototype boards with silk-screened or stickered “Experimental” branding, mostly to ensure a rider wouldn’t appear in any photos with a blank board devoid of company logos. Around this same time, Kenner would prototype their Star Wars figures in unpainted light blue. Super7 has used this double-inspiration to create the new Experimental wave of Powell-Peralta ReAction Figures featuring Steve Caballero, Lance Mountain, Steve Steadham, and Tommy Guerrero!
