  What is the New Normal?

  Since the onset of the global pandemic everything has changed in how toys and other goods are manufactured, shipped, and distributed, and it’s not over yet. Supply chain issues, shipping delays, and waiting for pre-orders are all things toy makers and collectors are dealing with these days. What has changed about the industry and the process? Will everything revert to normal someday? What will remain forever altered?
